Join us as the Ready-to-Drink Tea Brand Manager for ANZ, where you’ll support the Marketing Manager in driving disruptive, insight-led marketing initiatives for Lipton and T2 (two powerhouse brands) through bold digital activations, performance reviews, and strategic planning across Australia and New Zealand. 

This role is hired through PepsiCo and will be working for Pepsi Lipton (a ~$3.8 billion global Joint Venture between PepsiCo & Unilever, since 1994).

Responsibilities
  • Lead brand planning and execution for T2 and support Lipton, leveraging consumer insights and PLI tools to drive volume, penetration, and market share growth.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including BTL activations and social-first programs, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and AOP targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, bottlers, and agencies to deliver high-impact creative, media, and trade marketing initiatives.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance using data and analytics to ensure ROI and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across global, regional, and local teams to ensure strategic alignment and flawless execution.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Brand Management, ideally within the Beverage category and franchise model.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful digital communications and brand campaigns grounded in deep consumer insights.
  • Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to operational detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and align cross-functional, cross-border teams in a matrix organization.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with agility, resilience, and a passion for growth in resource-constrained environments.
