Job Description

Overview
  • Manage of all aspects of production operation that related to the volume, product cost, product quality, food safety, and people.
  • Develop strategic planning for productivity improvement and growing the business.
  • Manage, coaching and develop manpower in the production department.
  • Exhibits safety and environment awareness, practices and procedures consistent with job(s) performed with EHS requirements
  • Receives and reviews Risk Assessment/ Environment Aspect and focuses on incident prevention and robust case management once an accident occurs.
Responsibilities

Business Results 1. Deliver product volume as AOP & Start plan.2. Plan the annual goal setting and Start plan setting of % yield, % material efficiency and % wastage of PC.3. Manage all production process activities with high efficient for ensure the efficiency as AOP target.4. Deliver product cost as AOP target.5. Manage the operation expense and Capex which related to production6. Develop strategic plan and execute the program for continuous improvement.7. Deliver product quality as target.8. Drive Health and Safety (HSE) agenda for production and cascade to all employee in the function and related person.9. Analyze the summary of production report.10. Response food safety program for own area

People Results

1. Plan the manpower for support business growth as Start plan2. Develop production team for reach short and long term performance goals. 3. Co - ordinate cross function for business growth.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Foods Science, Food Engineering or related fields
  • At least 12 years’ experience of FMCG of which at least 3 years and should be in manufacturing plant position
  • MNC, FMCG experience preferred
  • Fluency in English language
  • Experience in snacks manufacturing
