- Team people management to ensure the people development and reasonable turnover
- Coordinate team cooperation and association
- Ensure all of cooperation within compliance
- College degree or above in business, or finance
- At least 4-5 years of proven experience in finance function in a multinational FMCG companies
- Good English in written and spoken and good at MS. Excel, PPT
- Experience in SAP / business or financial is a plus
- Logical thinking ability and good communication skill
- Strong initiative / improvement mindset
- Very good pressure resistance
