-Drive business growth and target delivery in uncertainty and keep catching up on fast changing business ec.-Leverage category resources to win platform resources to keep driving Lay’s penetration.-Provide customized solution on A&M resources and pack/product solution for each DCO platforms to support GMV growth.In addition, the position requires comprehensive capability or high potential quick-learning capability on not only solid trademarketing (assortment , pricing, promotion solution) and ec-marketing(end-to-end campaign/live stream/short-video) , but also product marketing (zero to one channel out innovation from insight to product launch plan) and E-commerce knowledge
Responsibilities• Account for annual E-events both self-initiative and partner with Key platform focusing on activity planning, online execution and compliance.• Lead holistic platform S level campaign plan and execution (like TMALL super brand day, super joy day) successful landing.• Lead differentiation on pack & promotion solution (from insight to develop proposal) for EC platforms, co-work with EC key account sales to support customer JBP plan and business growth.• Lead external agencies and partners with internal design team to develop e-content and creative to effectively reach and engage online shoppers.• Actively involved in key decision making on e-Customers in shopper program’s development and get their endorsement for smooth online activity execution.• Actively share results and learning of shopper marketing programs to strengthen partnership with e-Customers.• Effectively develop and deploy “Best Practice” tools and manual to ensure the execution and compliance.• Proactively collect feedback from critical e-customers to uplift service quality and shopping.
Qualifications• At least 5-8 years work experience in digital/social communication, preferred FMCG, cosmetic. Both in-house or agency experience are fine.• Proven record of online campaign execution experience, especially with content driven campaign, ability to co-work with cross function team and manage understood the fast changing of digital/ec environment.•E-commerce Customer management (Alibaba or DOUYIN is preferred) capability
