Responsibilities

Grow volume, revenue & share in assigned accounts aligned with regional channel strategy Negotiate Customer Development Agreement trading terms, develop & implement Annual Sales Action PlanWork with TM & RU for KA planning (Volume / D&A) & account level sales development objectivesDefine Golden Merchandising Standard for assigned accounts & work with field sales to execute the sameDrive KA regional coverage agendaBuild up strong customer relationship & wiring to leverage frontline business philosophyBuild connection across functions especially field forces to ensure good implementation of CDA projects, promotion plan, listing, and other account strategyImplement joint store visit and coaching to field sales on regular basisProvide support to new/junior team member on their KA competency development and insights into action

Qualifications

8-10 years of sales experience, FMCG experience preferred with above 5 year KA management skillMultiple channel sales experience preferredGood communication and coordination skillStrong selling skill Professionalism, dependability and desire for challenge Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslySolid pragmatic thinking and problem solving skillsFluency in written and spoken Mandarin and EnglishExcellent computer skillsStrong analytical skill
