Your mission:In this role you will be part of Commercialization Function whose main responsibility is to manage Innovation and Commercial Change Projects in the Short Term and supporting Business for the Strategic Portfolio Planning in the Long Term. You will work supporting a Team of Project Managers of different level of seniority by leading either specific tasks related to the overall Project Management that they will deliver to you or also you will work leading some specific projects end-to-end by yourself.

This is an opportunity of 6 months

Your day to day with us:

• Leading Coordination Meetings with participation from different Functions and different geographies in Europe:
  • Preparing Agenda in advance for functional meetings
  • facilitating the cross-department discussions and alignments
  • documenting progress and status
• Managing the stage and gate process in our internal tool:
  • creating new project records
  • updating project key data points and project files
  • managing status and gate decisions through the tool, ensuring data quality requirements

What will you learn?

• You will develop project management skills related to this business and industry
• You will have the opportunity to learn holistically about almost every aspect of the business, very close to core functions

What will you need to succeed? 

• University degree in Business Administration or Economics
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Desirable/ valued Italian
• Previous experience with Project Management is highly evaluated
• Excellent collaboration and organization skills
