- Calculation of P&L by clients of Organized & Traditional trade
- Calculation of Distributor’s P&L, communication with the relevant stakeholders inside/outside Pepsico
- Provide analytics for sales team regarding profitability of clients, subchannels, regions
- Providing recommendations to improve profitability via all relevant NRM levers (PPA,CDA management, Promo Management, Mix Management)
- Provide analytics for AOP/P’x’F and ad-hoc performance deep-dives to fully understand and address revenue management issues within MU.
- Participating in Month close procedures according to Pepsico internal standards
- Cross-functional work with other departments to improve profitability - Sales, Marketing, Demand Accelerator
- Strong academic background (Finance preferred)
- 2+ years of experience Finance or Revenue Management at FCMG companies
- Commercial instinct to understand key business drivers & identify value creation opportunities
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions
- Experience with forecasting and budgeting, financial modeling
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to work effectively within cross functional teams
- Strong communication skills to manage information gathering requests
- Results oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner
