Responsibilities

The Opportunity

  • Flavors and Non Flavors Raw Materials Quality Control, Analysis of the RM to be used in productsmanufactured by Pepsi Cola Colonia.
  • Key Flavor Quality control, Analysis of the Key to be used in the Products manufactured by PepsiCola Colonia
  • Quality Control of products manufactured by Pepsi-Cola Colonia.
  • Support Continuous Quality Improvement process
  • Support Quality Assurance and internal audits program

Your Impact

  • Physical-Chemical, sensory Analysis of Flavor and Non Flavor raw materials
  • Physical-Chemical and Sensory Analysis of confidential materials
  • Sensory Evaluation Laboratory Management.
  • Material Approval and / or rejection.
  • Vendor Non Conformance Management.
  • Validation of analytical Methodologies
  • Participation in Proficiency Testing Program within laboratories
  • Operating Personnel Training.
  • Participate as a Sensory Panelist
  • Participation in a Trial within laboratories.Personal Training of new employees.
  • GCS: Control Owner - Responsible for the effective execution of the key control, measurement andpassed the control.
  • Comply with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, PWF and AIB requirements, achieving FSSC 22000certification
  • Report problems related with Food Safety and Food Defense management system, achieving AIBcertification 
  • Internal Quality auditor
  • • Ensure compliance with HSE Local and Corporate regulations. Monitor compliance to EHS regulations, including the staff under his charge.• Immediate Report of injuries, incident or accidents to direct supervisor to enable the communication process required in the legal framework and internal protocol.• Implement operational and administrative controls to prevent occupational injuries and illnesses and environmental impacts.
  • Other responsibilities & Compliance
  • Finance – Internal Controls:Comply and promote compliance of corporate and local control policies.Support internal audit exercisesParticipate and ensure compliance with SOX requirements
  • SAP – (specify GBRs)End User 
  • Safety – Support the Plant program: Complete the activities required in the Safety Calendar Use PPE as required Follow OSHA rules Report all accidents and incidents
  • Office Bargaining Contract and processes
  • PepsiCo Values, Code of Conduct, Polices and Procedures

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Advanced degree in Chemistry, Biochemical, Food Engineer, Knowledge.
  • Training / experience in the implementation and management of GLP, GMP and HACCP
  • Proficiency in the English language - minimum medium level.
  • Initiative, pro-activity, capacity for teamwork, good interpersonal relations.
  • Knowledge of shipment of samples Hazardous / nonhazardous to all sites of R&D, PGCS Support Center and all PGCS
  • manufacturing plants.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the
  • general public.
  • Advanced knowledge: SAP & Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
