Responsibilities

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Senior Business Data Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in data analysis, a passion for solving business problems, and an open mindset toward learning and applying new technologies.

The resource will work at the intersection of data, technology, and business—leveraging your analytical skills to drive insights and decision-making while providing high-quality support and collaboration across departments.

Your Impact:

As Data Analyst your functions would consist of

  • Applies advanced technical principles and methodologies to solve issues.
  • Quickly adapts to new technologies.
  • Comfortable discussing architectural concepts and collaborating with external vendors.
  • Uses logical reasoning to address challenging issues and delivers positive outcomes.
  • Identifies data from various sources for decision-making.
  • Utilizes diverse methodologies for problem-solving in collaboration with teams and vendors.
  • Builds strong relationships with challenging stakeholders, including external partners.
  • Applies “Outside-in-thinking” to enhance user experience.
  • Embraces change and iterative processes to improve solutions alongside external partners.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For? 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in a data analysis role or similar position.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of business metrics and KPIs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
