Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Execute the creation of projects in SAP, guaranteeing the integrity of the financial information of the company, comply with the SLA's of services, policies and procedures PI, USGAAP, Financial regulations and SOX.

Your Impact

As Fin A&M Control Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

1. Receive requests from BUs for the creation of WBS structures in SAP system for MKT investments and Fixed Assets (Food and Beverages LATAM), these projects could be annual or multi-year.2. Verify that the CAR has all the supporting information according to the matrix authorization to cover all the documents for the execution of SOX controls.3. If a document expires, the Analyst must contact the person who launched the WF to manage the sending of the information and thus be able to create the WBS. Otherwise the request is rejected.4. Create folders in the Share Point folder, as backup for Audits, Sox and internal use with all documentation. Ensure compliance with the area's financial information policies, procedures and controls to guarantee reliable income statements, and compliance with the KC SOX certification

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

• Bachelor's Degree - Accounting / Administrative Field.

Experience

• Experience of 2 - 3 years in Accounting - Financial areas.• Previous experience working in SOX controls compliance roles is desirable • Highly organized and detail oriented• Language: English - Intermediate- advanced.• Use of Excel (intermediate - advanced), Power Point, Word. Desirable management of SAP.
