This position is responsible for driving and sustaining strategic initiatives and developing Go To Market (GTM) & Perfect store strategies and action plan to support business growth and market share gain objectives
Responsibilities- Work with GTM & DX (Demand Accelerator) leaders in each market to develop the project contracts and to be embedded in their annual operating plan (AOP) and build strategy
- Deploy GTM guidelines and sustain the different GTM mosaics to support short term and long-term business in order to build the competitive advantage for PepsiCo
- Work with key stakeholders to develop & drive commercial capability agendas with key anchor bottlers, focusing on GTM and Perfect store capabilities
- distributor management process and define a detailed change management plan of new GTM and sales operating model (MTOM, TTOM) as well as capability building, to ensure the successful implementation
- Be the business lead for DMS & SFA implementation thru the sales analyst and co-ordinate with MU IT resource
- Perform periodic market visits to understand market dynamic, needs of AS&D, and validate the GTM implementation
- Develop and organize structure of GTM capability team to address business requirement (if require)
- Deploy Perfect store guidelines from Global IB to be implemented in anchor markets, with local adaptation as per needed
- University graduation, major in Business Administration, MBA is preferable
- At least 10 years plus of working experiences at equivalent role, or 5 years in GTM, Field Sales, prefer in FMCG
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem solving, strategic business thinking, analytical skills, project management and time management skills
- Strong focus on delivery and results with high drive and energy levels
- Process oriented and having eye for details
- Experience of designing development program and project managing initiatives in multiple markets
- Good understanding of Sales/ Commercial system is preferred
- Able to build, design, and facilitate internal Sales trainings
- Good at data analytical
- Excellent written and oral English skills
- Excellent in computer (Excel, Power Point)
