Обязанности:
  • Ensure the process of receiving and processing customer orders and maintaining the corresponding reporting;
  • Ensure the documentation flow related to the processes of shipment and receipt of goods — generate and send shipping documents to the customer, work with the tax portal;
  • Control the alignment between system-based transactions and the invoices in the tax portal;
  • Interact with related departments on matters concerning orders, shipments, claims handling, and under-deliveries;
  • Actively participate in claims handling with suppliers and customers;
  • Prepare data for reporting on specific indicators related to the level of customer/provider service and delivery timeliness;
  • Monitor actual shipments from the supplier and provide information about finished products to the company’s customers and relevant departments, in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and agreements with customers
Требования:
  • At least 1 year work experience in a similar position;
  • Fluent in Georgian; English on B1+;
  • Proficient in MS Office programs (especially Excel);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to prioritize and solve tasks quickly and efficiently;
  • Great team-player and proactive personality
