- Support BCCA Insights Agenda as indispensable business partner that lead the delivery of a proactive & impactful insights & analytics agenda
- Support and play active role in business agenda focusing on CA & Belarus (Snacks) business priorities and opportunities + CAU countries support reinforcing
- Deliver a rigorous situation analysis that integrates and interpret key external knowledge from multiple sources to identify key opportunities and threats and ground Annual Operating Plans and Commercial& Growth Plans
- Build close relationships with key stakeholders building trust and influential skills
- Co-partnering with BCCA Insight lead for defining opportunities to support development of PEP strategies and priorities within processes
- Translate macros, market, portfolio, competitor, channel, customer, cross-category and shopper situation and trends into business growth opportunities
- Partner with BCCA Analytics and Category Insights to provide a robust & accurate forecast of future category sales and PEP sales/share & decomposition / tear-down of drivers
- Deliver situational assessments, identifying and prioritizing growth challenges and opportunities by combining all available external in internal knowledge sources into one compelling story
- Ensure One truth actionable performance tracking, which provides consistent and clear guide to Management on brands performance and opportunities as well as provide direction for solutions development
- Support BCCA Non Snacks categories growth via partnering in Commerical Cycles such as IS&OP/ICP/ACP/AOP
- 3+ years of experience in Insights / Analytics or related areas in a leading FMCG company and/or Retailer and/ or Research Agency;
- Strong analytical thinking and knowledge and practical experience with a wide scope of research methodologies and techniques;
- Budget management background;
- Fluent English;
- MS Office – advanced user (PowerPoint, Excel);
- Knowledge of statistics is a plus.
