Responsibilities

The Opportunity

IBP Analytics Manager leads the sustain of data, tools and reports that are key for Forecasting activities in PMF. This considers the Item group, DmdGroup, location and DFU creation, update and elimination based in business requirements through MyISCP and eventually BY, while also manages and shares with Digital Planning Care any other requests related to Status and Flags update at DFU level. He also leads the weekly Forecast Accuracy calculation, store and reporting as this is the main KPI of the area. His team provides support to update and modify any file that is key in Forecasting process such as PIPE Fcst and Planner Box. At last, but not least, he is involved in Obsoletes Prevention agenda.

Your Impact

As IBP Analytics Manager your scope would consist of

 Lead weekly update of Forecasting files such as PIPE Fcst and Planner Box, that involve correct management of Itemgroups, Dmdgroups, enrichments files, SDV, Statistical Forecast (both for S&OP and S&OE), PMF calendar and any metric that may be needed in these files.  Lead weekly analysis of last week results through Shipments vs Invoices comparison to identify any deviation that may require support from extended teams before this becomes a problem for IBP PMF Lead Forecast Accuracy (FA) weekly calculation, storage and reporting, including Stat FA, FVA and Bias. Participate in weekly sessions with Digital Planning Care team, managing weekly priotities agenda in order to solve any problems identified and related to itemgroups, dmdgroups, locations, DFU, status, flags and customer’s alignment. Provide any Forecast Accuracy custom visibilities and analysis that may be required. Lead tickets to Digital Planning Care agenda, which is a clear priority to enable Forecast upload to BY. Notify and follow up in any BY issues reported by FE team. Engage with IT and BY team to have a clear understanding of the issue and if possible, define any prevention actions.  Participation in obsoletes prevention agenda with Productivity team and support Salderos process. Engage in biweekly review with sales teams and guide core team in Shipments vs Fcst analysis to identify probable causes for Yellow/Red codes. Drive any process improvement in any of the weekly tasks that Analytics team execute, supporting IBP process by providing a reliable set of files and updates while providing a clear guidance and understanding that failing in meeting our tasks in both time or quality have clear impacts in our Forecasting process.

Qualifications
