The Opportunity

Corporate Design plays a key role in supporting the Digital Transformation team, translating complex concepts into compelling visual solutions that enhance engagement, communication, and adoption of digital initiatives across the organization.

This role focuses on developing high-quality corporate design assets, ensuring brand consistency across digital platforms, and creating visually impactful materials that support digital transformation strategies. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design presentations, infographics, UI elements, and other digital assets that effectively communicate innovation and change.

Your Impact

As Designer your responsibilities would consist of 

• Design and develop digital assets for internal and external corporate communications. • Create engaging presentations, infographics, and UI elements to support digital transformation projects. • Ensure consistency with corporate branding and visual identity. • Collaborate with stakeholders to simplify complex ideas through design. • Support the Digital Transformation team in promoting adoption and engagement through compelling visual storytelling.• Conceptualize and design interactive digital experiences that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, UX/UI designers, content creators, and project managers.• Integrate multimedia elements such as animations, videos, and sound to create rich, dynamic experiences.• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and optimize digital designs.• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital design and interactive media.• Ensure all digital designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

Experience

• Proven experience in creating interactive digital experiences, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and similar.• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
