ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity
The role has a main objective to enable, maintain and manage resolution of issues relating to Catalogs, Buying channels and Contracts for PepsiCo North America.
Your Impact
As Procurement Senior Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
- Manage and maintain catalog and contract content on Ariba On Demand, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
- Recommend and implement improvements to catalogs, buying channels, and contracts.
- Lead catalog performance reviews with key stakeholders and identify opportunities for increased usage.
- Analyze spend data to develop new catalog opportunities and enhance catalog penetration.
- Track and report on catalog performance, usage, and renewal timelines.
- Support cost reduction and touchless purchasing initiatives through optimized catalog management.
- Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and procurement to implement and optimize buying channels.
- Document processes and support training and change management efforts to drive adoption of preferred buying channels.
¿Who Are We Looking For?
- Proven ability to analyze data and gain insights into business processes.
- 2+ years of experience working with procurement policies and Procure-to Pay (P2P) processes.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, ARIBA, or Coupa
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
