Your Mission:

As part of our Field Sales Enablement Team, your mission is to help bring our brands to life in-store by connecting insights, strategy, and flawless execution. You will play a hands-on role in shaping how our products appear to shoppers, working cross-functionally to turn data into actionable plans, and ensuring every activation aligns with our business objectives.

This is an opportunity with a duration of 12 months with a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

Your day to day with us:

  • Work closely with various Sales Forces to identify priorities, manage ongoing projects, and support day-to-day business needs with a problem-solving mindset.

  • Contribute to both quantitative and qualitative analyses to uncover growth opportunities and support the development of action plans.

  • Help shape compelling selling stories and executional guidelines that enable our sales teams to deliver best-in-class in-store performance.

  • Support the creation of visually impactful Point of Sale materials, ensuring alignment in message and look across all key touchpoints.

  • Identify ways to enhance processes and engage with customers to implement meaningful changes, challenging the status quo when needed.

  • Contribute to the design and roll-out of brand and shopper activation programs in line with our consumer calendar. Track results using key KPIs (e.g., ROI, visibility, penetration) and recommend optimizations to boost impact.

Qualifications

What will you need to succeed?

  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Motivated, proactive, and collaborative, with a results-driven mindset
