Support LM to partner with BUs planning teams, R&D and IT finance drive B&C reporting/planning and China G&A management.
Responsibilities- Partner with Be & Cheery finance team and HQ control team to ensure the correct and integrated financial reporting
- Lead/support Be & Cheery planning process including monthly forecast, AOP and SDD.
- Partner with China Foods and Bev team, IT finance and R&D finance to ensure the correct G&A cost booked and allocated between Foods & Bev.
- Lead the communication to China function teams for G&A spending issues as needed.
- Lead the China G&A forecast, budgeting process.
- Lead and drive ad-hoc projects for GCR Finance Planning.
- Manage all the ad-hoc requests and reports to HQ stakeholders
- 4+ years of experience in finance and planning, preferably with regional roll-up experience
- 2+ years of experience of working in an operating business and working with team remotely
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes
- Strong technical knowledge and experience of both Management reporting and planning processes. Hyperion/SAP knowledge and experience are highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in commerce/business administration / economic with high level of Finance & Accounting Experience. CA/ICWAI/MBA/CPA Finance is preferred
