Responsibilities
  • Office setting, readily available to assist and back up other admins for support
  • Mobility LPO
  • IT support
  • Manage calendar for conference rooms
  • Reception backup support UNY RDS backup
  • Review and sign weekly uniform invoices
  • Maintain market contact list and org charts
  • LOE/HHC/Pepsi Direct backup
  • Compile call deck for periodic conference calls

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $30,000-30,900
  • Expected hourly pay is $20-$20.5 an hour for the role.
  • Expected working hours per week are 29 hours for the role.
  • Working schedule: Monday to Friday - 9:00am – 2/ 3:30pm
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications
  • High School diploma
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience
