Обязанности:
  • Effectively implement annual business plans covering marketing activities, contribution and market share objectives for assigned sublines
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate performance vs KPIs for assigned sublines and market, recommend remedy actions where appropriate
  • New product development: supervision of assigned NPD projects with cross-functional teams: Insights, Sales, Trade marketing, Finance, Commercialization
  • Create and maintain effective communication with all appropriate internal and external stakeholders
  • P&L / price & promo strategy control for assigned sublines
  • Demand planning & control for assigned sublines
  • Budget control, incl. working/non-working split
Требования:
  • Min. 1 year experience in brand marketing (FMCG)
  • Experience in running several projects simultaneously, multitasking and personal agility
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Higher education (marketing, economics is a plus)
  • English – Fluent
