This role is responsible for leading all Next Chapter change management activities at a local level, ensuring that the transition to new organizational structures, processes, and roles is effectively adopted by employees and aligned with market-specific needs.
The Change Management Lead will work closely with the EMEA Next Chapter CMO, as well as local leadership, HR, and functional teams to assess change impacts, develop and deliver targeted communication and training plans, and manage stakeholder engagement. They will also ensure compliance with local labour laws, cultural norms, and regulatory requirements, while aligning with the broader regional transformation strategy.

Main Activities & Responsibilities
- Design and implement a market-specific change strategy aligned with the overall transformation program and tailored to local needs, culture, and regulations.
- Engage key local stakeholders, including business leaders, HR, and employee representatives.
- Assess the impact of operating model changes on roles, processes, systems, and culture, and develop actionable change plans.
- Deliver clear, consistent, and timely communications to all impacted employees.
- Collaborate with HR and functional leads to design and deliver training programs using global and regional resources.
- Measure organizational readiness and track adoption progress using KPIs and feedback.
- Identify resistance, implement strategies to address concerns and build commitment.
- Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with local labour laws, union agreements, and data privacy regulations.
- Work with the local project team to integrate change management into the implementation plan.
- Support post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned.
- Embed continuous improvement mechanisms to sustain the new operating model.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in organizational change, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of leading complex change initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in change management or transformation within complex or cross functional environments.
- Proven ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels.
- Skilled in assessing change impacts and developing practical, market-specific change plans.
- Strong communication skills with experience delivering clear, consistent messaging during change.
- Experience designing and implementing training programs to support new ways of working.
- Proficient in tracking change readiness and adoption using KPIs and feedback tools.
- Able to manage resistance and build commitment through targeted interventions.
- Knowledge of local labour laws and compliance requirements
