• ידע עדכני באיומים, פגיעויות ופרצות אבטחת מידע במגוון רחב של טכנולוגיות ומערכות.
• הכרות מעמיקה עם ציוד, מערכות, ופרוטוקולי תקשורת מגוונים.
• יכולת הובלה של תהליכים בארגונים.

• Overall responsibility for implementing information security within the organization's OT (Operational Technology) operations.

• Professional management and guidance of engineering teams in the company’s plants, both domestically and internationally.

• Ongoing control management.

• Implementing information security methodologies in the company’s plants in OT environments.

• Developing work plans and managing their implementation.

• Evaluating products/systems.

• Leading and supporting OT projects in collaboration with engineering, maintenance, and IT departments.

Providing support in a complex work environment that includes servers, machines, control systems, and communication networks.

• Conducting risk assessments for information security in OT environments.

• Relevant higher education – mandatory.

• Graduate of a CISO course – (advantage).

• Five years of experience in managing and maintaining IT/OT networks and infrastructures in a manufacturing company.

• Information security expert with hands-on experience and knowledge of security solutions and architecture.

• Knowledge of implementing and deploying SCADA+OPC systems.

• Up-to-date knowledge of threats, vulnerabilities, and security breaches across a wide range of technologies and systems.

• In-depth familiarity with equipment, systems, and communication protocols.

• Ability to lead processes within organizations.

• Organizational skills and report writing ability.

• Familiarity with local and global regulations.

• Fluent English – mandatory.
