SodaStream is looking for a Production Line Manager for the Assembly Plant

Job Description:

• Full responsibility for managing a manual assembly production line from end to end, with an average of 40 employees on the line.

• Ensuring product safety and quality according to requirements.

• Accountability for meeting production plans, including in-depth familiarity with line stations and managing bottlenecks.

• Managing the employee life cycle from onboarding to termination, including certification tracking, disciplinary management, and professional development.

• Working closely with internal factory interfaces.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing the full employee life cycle – required

• Ability to work with computerized systems – required

• Full proficiency in Hebrew

• Basic knowledge of English

• Practical engineer degree / Bachelor’s degree – an advantage

• Technical orientation – an advantage

• Familiarity with the industrial/manufacturing environment – an advantage

• Willingness to work 12-hour morning shifts
