Job Description:

• Full responsibility for managing the end-to-end assembly production line.

• Managing approximately 50 employees from diverse backgrounds.

• Ensuring product safety and quality according to company standards and requirements.

• Meeting production targets while maintaining a deep understanding of the workstations and managing bottlenecks effectively.

• Overseeing the full employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding – including certification tracking, disciplinary management, and professional development.

• Collaborating with internal plant interfaces and departments.

Job Requirements:

• Significant experience in the industrial sector – required

• Proven experience in professional team management – required

• Proficiency and experience working with computer systems – required

• Full command of the Hebrew language

• Practical engineering degree or Bachelor's degree – advantage

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

• Availability for 12-hour morning shifts
