SodaStream is hiring an Administrative Coordinator for the Assembly Plant
Job Description:
Full responsibility for the administrative operations of the production department they support.
Serve as a liaison between employees, department managers, and various site interfaces.
Provide direct support to department employees on a range of matters.
Assist and support the department manager in implementing employee experience initiatives, summarizing team meetings, generating reports, and more.
Monitor and manage employee attendance in the attendance system.
This is a temporary position for one year, with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Qualifications (English)Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in administrative work – required.
Experience in providing customer or employee service – required.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – required.
Full command of the Hebrew language.
Experience working with attendance management systems such as "Hilanet" – an advantage.
Previous experience in an industrial environment – an advantage.
Availability for a full-time position and flexibility for overtime when needed.
