Обязанности:
  • Lead the process of timely provision of accurate financial statements of Georgia, Azerbaijan and Armenia that are compliant with the requirements of PepsiCo’s financial policies, US GAAP and Region/Sector timetables
  • Provide management with proper understanding of state of the business and support with analysis and interpretation around the figures to monitor key business performances
  • Maintain proactive cross-functional communication in finance department and business development as well as leveraging opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Take active part in Internal control activities to the set-up and update of Processes/Procedures in the division
  • Support developing of establish and revising controlling and accounting policies
  • Execute Balance Sheet reviewing process, guaranteeing the full reconciliation of its subcomponents,
  • Support of Sox controls process when it necessary or applicable.
  • Execute transparent cost accounting system that produces understandable and explainable results in a timely manner
  • Delivers expertise, guidance, and on job coaching to the reporting specialists
  • Ensure key financial control fundamentals are understood across the whole of finance and across the senior management
  • Timely inform process owners/process executives and internal control function about any changes in risks/process/business that may impact control effectiveness or control execution;
  • Monitor control effectiveness on an on-going basis and remediate control deficiencies in time
Требования:
  • Higher education in finance, BA, economics, or equivalent area
  • 5+ years of experience in finance with focus of accounting / financial analysis / Payroll and Treasury; experience in FMCG sector preferrable
  • Knowledge of GAAP reporting, control agenda, audit processes
  • Experienced MS office user, 1C is preferrable
  • Fluent in Georgina and English                         
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-awareness, able to adapt approach, the capability to interact with all levels across the organization (internally and externally)

  • Clear, effective and persuasive communication skills
