The Opportunity
Are you passionate about turning data into action and designing smart, efficient routes? Here’s your chance to make a real impact!
We’re looking for a dynamic Route Planner to join our Route Intelligence Center (RIC) and help shape the future of field operations. Your mission will be to accelerate volume growth and optimize our cost-to-serve by delivering powerful, tech-driven route design solutions.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, using cutting-edge tools like Territory Planner to engineer smarter, faster, and more efficient ways to serve our customers.
💥 What You’ll Be Doing
As a Route Planner, you’ll play a key role in our operations by:
🧭 Designing optimized routes using Territory Planner based on service requests from business units.
🛠️ Applying the Gold Standard Route Engineering Process to build high-performing route solutions.
🔄 Collaborating with Field Strategy Managers, RIC Coordinators, and Project Managers to fine-tune designs based on real-world performance.
📊 Creating insightful reports to track solution delivery and performance.
🔧 Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the Route Intelligence Center.
⏱️ Ensuring all route engineering projects meet SLA commitments.
🌟 What You Bring to the Table
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Logistic, Engineering, Administration a related field
Experience & Skills
Strong business acumen and analytical thinking
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Tech-savvy: Proficient in Territory Planner, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Access, and database tools
Great communicator with strong presentation skills
Results-driven, with excellent planning and follow-up abilities
Experience leading or training others is a plus
