Responsibilities

The Opportunity 

As the Marketing and Media Data Operations Sr Analyst, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across Return On Investement (ROI) and Real Time Optimization (RTO) solutions by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and applying your expertise in data ecosystems. You will also drive team effectiveness by identifying and implementing opportunities to automate reporting processes.

Your Impact 

As Marketing and Media Data Operations Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of

• Diagnose and proactively resolve data integrity issues, providing support across internal and external media tracking tools• Identify opportunities to design, test, and implement enhancements to data quality processes, including the development of data controls• Work with large and complex custom and syndicated data sets to identify issues and determine actionable solutions• Collaborate in weekly calls with internal and external teams to co-create streamlined solutions• Develop automated post-campaign analytics reports to support performance tracking and learning• Partner with cross-functional teams to fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests and deliver data-driven insights• Lead analytics projects focused on measurement, tracking, and planning to enhance data quality and drive impact across teams• Leverage live digital media tracking tools to monitor campaign activity, identify brand-level business issues, and surface key information needs• Validate data alignment across multiple sources and confirm consistency with ROI model outputs

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For? 

• Bachelor's Degree• 2+ years of relevant experience working with data management/data analytics

• Advanced English• Advanced Excel• Strong problem-solving skills (e.g., analytical, quantitative and conceptual thinking) required• Excellent communication skills• Ability to work with large and complex data as well as experience with tools accessing and manipulating data.
