We’re looking for a Corporate Affairs Manager to lead PepsiCo’s engagement with EU institutions and Brussels-based stakeholders. You’ll help shape policy on key issues such as sustainability, agriculture, and transport, supporting our business objectives while driving positive societal impact across the European Union.
Responsibilities- Monitor legislative and policy developments in Brussels and Strasbourg that could impact PepsiCo’s business across the EU, with a particular focus on Agriculture, Climate, Energy, Water, Transport.
- Develop and implement issue management and advocacy strategies in collaboration with the EU Corporate Affairs VP and internal stakeholders.
- Play an active and influential role within relevant EU trade associations, ensuring alignment with PepsiCo’s priorities.
- Maintain strong relationships with industry peers and partners, and ensure trade associations deliver against PepsiCo’s goals.
- Build and sustain close relationships with key decision-makers in Brussels and Strasbourg through effective stakeholder outreach.
- Develop personal networks with NGOs, policymakers, and officials to strengthen PepsiCo’s advocacy efforts.
- Collaborate with external agencies, consultants, and internal subject-matter experts to develop advocacy materials and outreach content.
- Provide strategic support across functions—including Public Policy and Government Affairs, Communications, Sustainability, Scientific and Regulatory Affairs, and Procurement—when EU-level engagement is required.
- Advise the global Corporate Affairs team on EU policy trends and contribute to the development of policy positions and advocacy strategies.
- Lead efforts to enhance PepsiCo’s corporate reputation in the EU by innovating new stakeholder communication approaches.

- Global Corporate Affairs teams (Purchase and D.C.), particularly in public policy and government affairs.
- EMEA Corporate Affairs and Communications teams.
- Scientific & Regulatory Affairs.
- Regional business leaders and functional teams.
- Global and regional Sustainability Offices.
- Based in Brussels.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in EU public policy or sustainability.
- Deep understanding of EU decision-making processes and key influencers relevant to PepsiCo’s business.
- Demonstrated experience in issues management and dynamic public affairs environments.
- Proven ability to influence and build strong networks internally and externally.
- Strategic and innovative thinker with a hands-on approach to delivering Corporate Affairs strategies that support business outcomes.
