Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter to join our team and drive the talent acquisition strategy for our Business. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support business growth and maintain our competitive edge in the market.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and create robust sourcing strategies tailored to FMCG roles.
  • Proactively identify and engage with qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks ,LinkedIn & headhunting tools

End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, schedule interviews, and engage with stakeholders till the role is fulfilled.
  • Ensure timely and quality hiring to meet business requirements.
  • Lead discussions with candidates to address salary expectations, benefits, and other offer details, ensuring a positive and transparent experience.
  • Build rapport with candidates to effectively address counteroffers and objections, ensuring mutual satisfaction and successful closures.

Employer Branding:

  • Promote the company as an employer of choice in the FMCG sector
  • Maintain an engaging candidate experience that aligns with our brand values.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build strong relationships with functional heads and other stakeholders to forecast hiring needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on recruitment best practices and provide guidance on talent planning & pipelining
Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3-6 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record in hiring for FMCG roles (e.g., Sales, Supply Chain).

Skills:

  • Strong sourcing and networking skills with a focus on passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication, Offer negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
