Job Overview: In charge for talent developments for the respected function and drive business requirement as per the country regulations. Own and drive the Org health agenda and ensure employee engagement. In addition, maintain the safety and security of people and properties in normal and emergency situations.
Responsibilities• Implementing annual HR initiatives to support the Companies strategic objectives.• Deliver all 4 quadrants of HR -Serve as an employee advocate, functional expert, change agent and business partner.• Represent HR function on the location leadership team engaging on strategic direction for facility and management of strategic direction, profitability, and performance goals.• Drive talent agenda at the respective function and provide opportunity for local talents. • Lead and support OHS and Engagement agenda in respective location • Manage plant communication plan ensuring optimal engagement and two-way communication• Coordinate the implementation of performance management initiatives as well as TM programs as appropriate.• Develop and maintain positive employee relations to create strong employee engagement• Identification, co-ordination and assistance with the execution of the corporate training strategy at all levels.• Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.• Developing recruitment specifications and recommendations through the efficient sourcing of high caliber candidates and co-ordination of the Company assessment center.• Project management of HR programs, key initiatives and other exercises occurring on an ad-hoc basis.• Facilitate the communication at all levels thus furthering the company vision and strategy. • To implement, sustain and participate in the continual improvement of the EHS Management System.• Ensure being compliance with Government regulation such as site documentations, Modon requirements and municipality card. • Ensure data integrity and review on a quarterly basis. • Apply the labour law and company policy and partner with ELR on investigation and ensure tracking on action.
Qualifications• A Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management is essential• Further HR professional training would be a distinct advantage• A demonstrated ability to apply the relevant labor legislation and the management of labor relations is critical• Experience in delivering appropriate interventions given identification of potential operational people issues.• Ideally an assertive individual with strong interpersonal and persuasive skills, attention to detail and intellectual curiosity• Computer literacy
