סודהסטרים מגייסת מנהל.ת הנדסה למחלקת הנדסה גלובלית, למתן מענה למפעל המתכת המתמחה בייצור ומילוי מיכלי גז הממולאים ב Co2 וייצור שסתומים.

המשרה ממוקמת בדרום, איזור תעשיה עידן הנגב 

ניהול והובלת צוות של 4 מהנדסי תהליך שיעודו: תמיכה טכנולוגית בתהליכי ייצור של מוצרי המתכת, צילינדר ושסתום במפעל ואחריות על המוצר הסופי. מתן תמיכה למפעלי המתכת בארץ ומפעלי מילוי הגז בעולם (7 מפעלים). כולל תמיכה מול ספקים וקבלני משנה.

במסגרת התפקיד:

• יעול ושיפור תהליכים
• תמיכה הנדסית לתהליכי הסמכה מול גופי רגולציה, לווי והקמת מוצרים חדשים כולל כתיבת תיקים טכניים.
• העברה מפיתוח לייצור
• הגדרת דרישות/ פרמטרים עבור התהליך והמוצר– לייצור, איכות רכש קב"מ וספקים
•  טיפול בתקלות וחקר כשל
• ניהול תיקי מוצר, שינויים ועדכונים, ניהול תהליכי ECN ו- PCN
• ניהול והובלה של פרוייקטים אסטרטגיים
• הכשרת ספקים וקבלני משנה לייצור מקביל
• חניכה, הובלה ופיתוח של צוות המהנדסים
• ניהול תקציב השקעות ותקציב שוטף
• עבודה שוטפת עם ממשקים מרובים פנים מפעליים, באתרי התפעול בגלובל וחוץ מפעליים.

SodaStream - Global Engineer Manager – Metal Plant

SodaStream is hiring an Engineering Manager for the Global Engineering Department to support the metal plant specializing in the production and filling of CO2 gas cylinders and valve manufacturing.

Manage and lead a team of 4 process engineers whose mission is to provide technological support for the manufacturing processes of metal products, cylinders, and valves at the plant, and ensure the final product quality. Provide support to metal plants in Israel and gas filling plants worldwide (7 plants), including support with suppliers and subcontractors.

• Optimize and improve processes.
• Provide engineering support for certification processes with regulatory bodies, oversee and establish new products, including writing technical files.
• Transition from development to production.
• Define requirements/parameters for the process and product – for production, quality, procurement, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Handle malfunctions and failure analysis.
• Manage product files, changes, updates, and ECN and PCN processes.
• Manage and lead strategic projects.
• Train suppliers and subcontractors for parallel production.
• Mentor, lead, and develop the engineering team.
• Manage investment budget and operational budget.
• Work continuously with multiple internal interfaces within the plant, global operational sites, and external interfaces.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering: Mechanical/Chemical/Materials – mandatory, Master's degree – an advantage.
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in a relevant industry in a similar role, including at least 2 years of managerial experience.
• Experience or prior familiarity with the metal industry – significant advantage.
• Ability to read and understand drawings.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering and operational implications.
• Familiarity with failure analysis methodologies.
• Familiarity with experimental design and process validation methodologies.
• Familiarity with risk management methodologies.
• Familiarity with technologies relevant to cylinder and valve manufacturing – an advantage.
• High proficiency in English.
• Ability to work with senior management interfaces and motivate people and work interfaces.
• Assertiveness and ability to manage change processes, manage people and processes, strategic thinking, and execution capability.
