• מהנדס/ת מכונות / הנדסאי/ת עם 5 שנות ניסיון בתעשייה / ניסיון צבאי – חובה

• ניסיון ניהולי מוכח של 3 שנים בתעשייה / ניסיון צבאי – חובה

• היכרות עם מערכות מחשוב ויישומי Office – חובה

• ניסיון קודם כמכונאי/ת / טכנאי/ת / הנדסאי/ת בתעשייה- חובה

• אנגלית טכנית - חובה

• הכרת מערכות הידראוליות, פנאומטיות, מכנאיות, והיכרות עם בקרה

Maintenance Team Leader – We’re Hiring!

We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Team Leader to join our SodaStream Metals Plant and take the lead on daily operations, long-term reliability, and continuous improvement

Main Responsibilities:

• Direct management and leadership of the plant's maintenance team (including technicians, electricians, and mechanics)

• Promoting and embedding a strong safety culture and meeting organizational safety goals

• Leading employee certification processes and implementation of professional procedures

• Executing maintenance policies as defined by the Engineering Department

• Ensuring quarterly (and higher-level) preventive maintenance is carried out according to standards

• Meeting the plant’s annual maintenance plan and weekly maintenance goals

• Leading LEAN implementation and continuous improvement processes within the maintenance team

• Analyzing recurring failures, identifying root causes, and driving long-term solutions

• Implementing KPIs and tools to improve equipment reliability and efficiency

• Supporting and collaborating on new engineering projects

• Leading process improvement projects in collaboration with the Tool Owner

Job Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineer or Practical Engineer with 5 years of industrial experience or relevant military background

• Proven managerial experience of at least 3 years in the industry or military

• Previous hands-on experience as a mechanic, technician, or practical engineer in the industry – required

• Technical English – required

• Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical systems, and basic understanding of control systems

• Proficiency in Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
